TYPICAL APPLICATION OF ER Cu Ni WIRE (Copper Nickle filler wire):

1) Filler metal used for MIG, TIG, oxyacetylene and submerged arc welding of wrought or cast copper-nickel 70/30, 80/20 and 90/10 to themselves or to each other

2)Joining copper-nickel alloys to nickel-copper Alloy 400, R-405, K-500 or high nickel Alloy 200

TYPICAL APPLICATION OF ER CuSn-A (Phosphorus Bronze Wire):

1) Phosphor Bronze A is a copper-zinc bronze containing approximately 5% tin and up to 0.35% phosphorus added as a deoxidizer

2)MIG and TIG welding of tin-bronze base metals such as 509 to 519 series.

3)Overlay welding of steel.

4)Phos-Bronze A can be used to weld bronze and brass

TYPICAL APPLICATION OF ER CuAl-A2 (Aluminium Bronze Wire)

1) Aluminum Bronze A-2 is an iron-bearing MIG and TIG filler metal that is excellent for building-up or overlaying metal for wear and corrosion resistant surfaces

2)Joining aluminum bronze of similar composition: silicon and manganese bronze, high strength copper-zinc alloys, some copper- nickel alloys, ferrous metals and dissimilar metals.

3)Marine maintenance and repair welding of ship propellers, pump housings, rigging jacks, piston heads, bearings and many overlay or surfacing applications.
